We offer internship placements for individuals with accredited post-matric qualifications over the age of 18 years, but preferably not older than 35 years, in Windhoek,Ondangwa, Arandis and Swakopmund. The diversity of the Rössing Foundation’s mandate and programmes enables interns to join and contribute to a variety of interventions and disciplines, which compliment individual skill sets, allowing for a two-way learning experience in sectors such as Agriculture, Education, Tourism, Water, Forestry, Rural Development, Tourism, and other multi-disciplinary areas of library services, entrepreneurship, monitoring and evaluation, general administration, finance, and governance.

The Post-Varsity Internship Programme was established in 2023 to host local and international interns and volunteers, and to enhance the employability of Namibian youth. This programme is ideal for young professionals who want to gain experience or undertake projects for their post-graduate studies whilst making a meaningful and lasting community development impact in line with the approved strategy of the Rössing  Foundation and its key partners.
